Having never bought a puppy before, it really felt like a minefield. We found Felindre Cockapoos online, made a general inquiry and it was exceptional services from day one. Jeremy had so much time for us. We had several very useful conversations with him about bringing a puppy home, how the buying process would work, pet insurance etc. etc.. After that first conversation I knew we didn’t need to keep looking for a breeder – and Rupert wasn’t even born at this point!

We absolutely loved hearing from Jeremy over the next weeks and months, from finding out when the pups were born, getting pupdates and pictures as they grew. It was always very easy to get hold of Jeremy and he never kept us waiting long for a reply. We asked so many questions and he was always patient and helpful.

We drove to Wales to visit our Rupert when he was 7 weeks old. Jeremy was so hospitable (given our 6 hour journey!) and we had such a lovely visit with our pup. It’s a beautiful part of the world and we couldn’t wait to do the journey again to collect Rupert at 10 weeks of age. Such a benefit to have him fully vaccinated and micro-chipped on collection too!

Collection day was wonderful and we left feeling informed, confident and super excited for our new family member. No sickness on the way home and he has settled in just perfectly. He really is the most gorgeous puppy – he gets compliments everywhere he goes! Training is going really well, you can tell these are very intelligent little pups. But most of all, he is such a friendly and lovely dog, we couldn’t imagine life without him now.

I would not hesitate to recommend Felindre to anyone wanting to buy a gorgeous F1 cockapoo.
