Dear Jeremy,
We wanted to tell you our heartfelt thanks for the beautiful Ted who joined our family yesterday and whom we are all completely in love with .
He greeted us all with kisses and love the moment our youngest carried him from the car delivered by Ed . In all respects buying Ted from you without seeing him before or collecting him ourselves goes against everything that we are all meant to do ,but after hours of research we just knew that Felindre would be perfect for us .
Ted is everything we dreamed of , he made himself immediately at home here , adores us all and coped so well on his first night in his crate . He was so confident on his first little walk and completely relaxed with us all.
Thank you for the fantastic service you have given us along the way , your friendly emails have made us feel no question too small , we received such beautiful piccies and videos of Ted in the weeks after he was born and to top it off Ted was in expert hands with Ed on his journey to us yesterday .
We cannot believe what a stunning ,wavy , shiny coat he has and feel utterly blessed to now share our home with him .
We hope you like the photos , to be honest we are spoilt with choice , we promise to send little updates along the way and know you are only at the end of the phone for advice .  Merry Christmas from the Day Family x
