We purchased our little cockapoo – Winnie, from Jeremy in May 2020 and we received a call from him to say our bundle of joy had been born in June. The search for a puppy had begun a few weeks before and we were very wary having heard many horror stories. My partner Carl found Felindre Cockapoo’s website on a few pages in to google search and we instantly felt happy and emailed to contact Jeremy. He phoned us within a week and spoke us through the process and asked us lots of questions. A week or so later, he contacted us to let us know that our puppy had been born.
It felt like a lifetime until we collected her, but we made the 3 hour+ journey to wales from Essex. The whole process was amazing and stress free from start to finish. Jeremy was professional and forthcoming with guidance and advice and stayed in regular contact.
Winnie is an absolute delight and we are so so happy with bringing her into our home and she has made it complete.
